Something wrong here.... May 11, 2010 Baude (Portland, OR) The same item is listed on Amazon for $349.00. Somebody is listing the wrong product number or has no clue about what this item should cost. LG said this product is now discontinued, since it has been around for 2+ years.
LG BD390 April 14, 2010 D. Cortner (Temple City, Ca. USA) The installation of the LG BD390 is easy and it connects to my PC network with ease. The good part about the player is the blu-ray player itself is great! The picture is the best that I have ever seen on my 50" Panasonic plasma. The sound quality is perfectly suited to my surround system as most blu ray disks are in DTS and my receiver is Sony which it was really made for. The down side of the LG BD390 is the wifi. It disconnects from the router. You have to reset the router to get it to reconnect. Streaming movies from Netflicks is great but I have yet to have one run with a strong enough signal to have it streamed at 5.1 surround. It is only 10 feet away from the router and I do have it hooked up with HDMI. It comes across at best with three channels and I just end up running it through my TV speakers because it bothers me to hear it through my sound system. It is still worth the purchase though as I just make sure that I see movies that I really want to see on blue ray.

I got this as a gift for christmas. It broke after 2 months and LG will not support without a receipt! For ~450 dollars you would think they could send a repair man to my place in a his own helicopter. Dont buy it!
